Different shades of turquoise combine with the rich tones of copper to make this great summer necklace.  Learn to use a bead spinner to make quick work of stringing the seed bead strands!

Wander with Color (Beginner and up)

Just as a painter mixes different pigments on their palette, you will learn how to make bead soups that contain depth and movement.  Various methodologies for combining colors will be discussed to give students an understanding of color theory.  We will use a freeform beading technique to weave together this multi-stranded bracelet.

 

Students may not finish this project during class time but will learn all techniques necessary to complete it at home.  No tools are required - - just a beading needle!

Wire Wrapped Pendant (Intermediate and up) 

Learn how to wire wrap a piece of fused glass, a coin or stone to make an elegant, finished pendant. 

Students taking this class should already possess basic wire working skills.

Supplied by Students:  a pendant no larger than a half dollar and no thicker than 1/4"

Eastern Star (Beginner and up) New!

 

Make an exotic custom wire bail to give a top drilled stone a new twist for a beautiful focal stone.  Then use square wire to make a handmade linked chain!  A great class to learn a lot of wireworking techniques.

Just use the "Contact Us" button to send us an email with your question. What is Lampwork? Lampwork is the process used to produce handmade lampwork glass beads from a rod of glass using a torch. I use various colors of glass, powders, or silver foil to make my beads. The beads are then combined with sterling silver wire, handmade fine silver pendants, leaded crystals and/or glass beads to produce a unique, custom piece of glass beaded jewelry. Due to the nature of this process, the lampwork earrings, necklaces, and bracelets shown on this site are representations of the piece that will be made especially for you. Thanks for visiting!
