Ordering Instructions
We have made it very simple for you to purchase products from our Web Site. Simply browse through the product catalog selecting the items you wish to purchase by clicking on the "Buy Now" button. This will place a particular item in your Shopping Cart. At that point a view of the items in your Shopping Cart will be presented on the screen. You can finish your purchase by clicking on "Confirm Order" or continue shopping. You can modify or delete items from your Shopping Cart at anytime by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" button at the top of the screen.

Shipping
Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow 2 weeks for receipt of your order. If you need an order by a particular date, please indicate your requirements in the comments field of the order form so that we can try to meet your requirements.
Each Lampwork & jewelry item from Pumpkin Glass ships in its own individual gift box. Please specify in the comments section of your order if this is not a requirement as it can make a difference in shipping.
Shipping charges are calculated based on a graduated shipping rate scale and are automatically added to your order during processing. These rates are estimated shipping amounts. Your actual charges may be less based on the number and size of the items ordered. The final shipping charge will be added to your invoice upon shipment. In most cases your order will be shipped via USPS.
Terms & Conditions of Sale & Return Policies
Damaged Merchandise:
Merchandise is shipped US Priority Mail, insured. If you do not want insurance, please indicate this in the comments section of your order, and we will remove it. Without insurance shipping damage is your responsibility.
Defects:
If a product appears to have a defect, call (309)266-7884 or email us at CustomerService@pumpkinglass.meridian1.net for instructions. Do not return Items to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to a defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.
Return Merchandise Policy:
Permission for any returned merchandise must be secured from Pumpkin Glass. For questions about returning merchandise call (309) 266-7884 or email us at CustomerService@pumpkinglass.meridian1.net . The return of non-defective merchandise when authorized may incur a 20% re-stocking fee at our discretion.
If a return is authorized:
1. Return the item to 2059 S. Main Street, Field Shopping Center, Morton, IL 61550.
2. Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.
3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Please note the following terms and conditions that you accept when ordering from us:
- Prices to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors. We have done our best to ensure that all information on this site is accurate and up-to-date. Errors and omissions occasionally occur and are subject to correction. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
- Your are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
